Facilities Manager

Perform repairs and maintenance on the entire facility, manage contracted services for grounds upkeep, and oversee mechanical and power equipment operations. Coordinate exterior property cleaning, implement department policies and procedures, and lead a team of technicians, cleaners, and housepersons. Conduct staff meetings, manage hiring and training, evaluate performance, and resolve guest complaints while monitoring business volume forecasts for manpower and cost planning. Requires valid driver's license, mechanical licenses, and experience with boilers and HVAC systems. Works weekends and holidays.
