Job Summary
Oversee all maintenance and repairs across multiple sites to ensure locations remain safe, functional, and compliant with building codes. Serve as the primary contact for vendor partnerships, negotiating agreements and coordinating contractors from the Home Office. Lead internal facility management software rollouts, asset tracking databases, and technical platform updates while reviewing weekly quality metrics and maintenance spending. Design smarter workflows for maintenance requests and host regular catch-ups between leadership and clinics to resolve bottlenecks. Utilize enterprise platforms to align third-party technicians, internal staff, and emergency repair dispatch with business demands. Support operations and scheduling teams during busy periods. Local to Flower Mound, TX, with 3–5+ years of multi-site facilities management experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience managing maintenance and vendors across multiple sites
- Experience managing maintenance and vendors across multiple sites, preferably from a central office setting
- Local to or within an easy commute of the Home Office in Flower Mound, TX
- Bachelor's degree
- Real-world experience in business, operations, or facilities management
