Job Summary
Oversee the performance and maintenance of a portfolio of buildings and base building assets, leading the coordination of preventative and corrective maintenance activities across multiple sites. Monitor asset performance, budgets, and contract deliverables against agreed outcomes while managing Fire and HVAC maintenance contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable service delivery. Partner with project and operational teams to improve asset reliability and optimise lifecycle outcomes within a complex, compliance-driven environment. This role sits within the Engineering Services Team, contributing directly to the stakeholder and passenger experience at Australia's premier gateway.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing facilities and/or base building assets across a portfolio of buildings
- Proven capability managing Fire and HVAC contractors within a live operational environment
- Strong understanding of contract management and service performance frameworks
- Ability to balance safety, compliance, operational and commercial requirements achieving agreed outcomes
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder and/or highly regulated environments
