Job Summary
Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of company facilities and workplace environments across multiple sites. Manages vendors, oversees health and safety compliance, coordinates office services, and supports workplace improvement initiatives aligned with business needs. Monitors building systems (HVAC, security, utilities, equipment), ensures compliance with health and safety legislation and building regulations, conducts risk assessments, and maintains compliance documentation. Leads or supports office refurbishments, relocations, and sustainability initiatives, and ensures cost-effective contractor performance through SLAs/KPIs. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are required; IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are preferred.
