Job Summary
Facilities Manager responsible for facilities operations management to achieve business unit objectives through development and upkeep of infrastructure, establishment of service excellence standards, and delivery of workplace amenities that support tenants. Requires a Bachelor's degree in related fields and 4-5 years of Real Estate/Facilities Management experience. Role is in-person in Accra, Ghana, and targets mid-senior level professionals with strong collaboration, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil) / Building Technology or Construction Management / Business Administration (with relevant experience) / Estate or Property Management.
