Job Summary
Develop and coordinate facilities, design professionals, and vendors to ensure services, maintenance, and asset upgrades meet time, cost, and quality standards. Supervise subordinate personnel regarding hiring, workload delegation, training, and performance evaluation. Manage vendor compliance with company safety procedures, audit site budgets, and resolve on-site facilities management issues while ensuring adherence to legal requirements and workplace safety policies. Foster team building, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Requires a bachelor's degree in facility maintenance or related fields with proven organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Proven organizational and supervisory skills
- Excellent understanding of computer applications
- Facility Maintenance, Safety, Health & Environment, Security or Janitorial Services
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Responsibility for follow-up on actions based on various team projects
- Building strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication skill
- Develop and execute strategies for office centers and facilities
- Problem solving skills
- Must be a provider of excellent customer service
