Job Summary
Deliver and monitor Service Delivery Plans and KPIs while establishing resource levels to comply with contract requirements. Facilitate risk management processes, including jeopardy management, and conduct regular audits and workplace inspections aligned with the service delivery plan. Manage site budgets to ensure cost-effective activity completion and implement integrated Quality and SHEQ policies with support teams. Coach staff performance, develop personal achievement plans, and present organic growth opportunities to line managers. Manage relationships with client management teams, produce performance reports for the Regional Team, and respond to all site issues. Maintain a full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-disciplined/Hard service FM teams
- A pragmatic and methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Experience in subcontractor management
- Ability to undertake a range of audits from quality, H&S and FSA
- A recognised health and safety qualification e.g. IOSH
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate previous experience of auditing and the use of auditing tools
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of CAFM systems
- Proficient in relevant computer programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites
- The successful candidate will require a PVG/Disclosure Check
