Job Summary
Manage field-based facilities support, local strategies, and service provider performance to maintain brand standards and maximize asset lifecycle. Serve as the primary escalation point for facilities emergencies, providing on-call support as needed. Lead implementation of facilities programs and partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and change management. Conduct site assessments, property inspections, and equipment evaluations to identify maintenance needs. Oversee building repairs, equipment installations, and project execution from planning through completion. Manage work order workflows, review service quality metrics, and coach Crew on best practices while maintaining accurate administrative records. Requires up to 50% travel and operates as a field-based, remote role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of facilities management experience within the Restaurant, grocery store, or related industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent facilities management experience
- Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, kitchen equipment, general maintenance contracting, and beverage/CO2 systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, and Word
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and evaluate results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and in environments with changing priorities and ambiguity
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and on-call support for urgent facilities-related issues as needed
- Requires up to 50% travel and operates as a field-based, remote role

- Blueprint reading experience
- Advanced experience utilizing a CMMS platform
- Experience supporting multi-unit operations
