Job Summary
Oversee maintenance operations for five hospitality properties, performing general carpentry, building repairs, and preventative maintenance. Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems while coordinating maintenance requests across all locations. Conduct routine inspections to identify needs before they escalate, manage equipment and inventory, and coordinate with outside contractors. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes, assist with renovation projects, and maintain the professional appearance of facilities and grounds. Occasional evenings, weekends, and after-hours emergency response may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in general carpentry and commercial building maintenance
- Advanced maintenance and troubleshooting skills across multiple trades
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Occasional evenings, weekends, and after-hours emergency response may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Refrigeration repair and maintenance experience
- Hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or commercial property maintenance experience is highly desirable
