Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of corporate and branch facility locations, managing staff and vendors for building maintenance, grounds, and equipment repairs. Coordinate construction projects to ensure quality standards, estimate costs for layout designs, and monitor the construction process while ensuring efficiency and safety targets are met. Review maintenance records, participate in regulatory inspections, and manage access control for assigned areas. Ensure performance planning, coaching, and evaluations occur per policy, including recommending pay adjustments and promotions. Available for after-hour emergency response. Requires a Bachelor's degree with five years of facilities or commercial construction management experience, a valid Florida driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
