Job Summary
Lead requisitioning, invoice processing, and supplier contract management while overseeing onsite facility maintenance and preventative maintenance schedules. Manage annual fixed asset audits, prepare capital expenditure requests, and negotiate service provider contracts for janitorial and landscaping. Serve as Site Safety Coordinator, promote a proactive safety culture, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipping logistics. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional coordination efforts to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective operations. Act as a primary liaison for site-wide engineering services, resolving operational inquiries with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization
- Advanced organizational and project management capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands with minimal oversight
- Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering support, facilities coordination, operations, or a related environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information

Desired Qualifications

- Strong financial and analytical acumen related to budgeting, invoicing, and capital project tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations preferred
- Management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience managing projects, vendor relationships, and budget-related activities strongly preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or engineering-driven environment is highly desirable
