Job Summary
Oversee maintenance, safety, and technical infrastructure of Moss’s club spaces; manage preventive maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, sauna, and other mechanical components; ensure interior/exterior areas meet brand standards; provide light IT/AV support (Wi-Fi, printers, conference room tech) and coordinate with external IT providers; plan and execute facility-related projects with budgets and timelines; supervise maintenance, janitorial, outsourced security, and facilities support teams; source and manage vendor contracts; enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations; coordinate access systems with security; drive energy efficiency and asset sustainability; operate in a high-end hospitality environment aligned with Moss’s operational and brand standards.
