Job Summary
Oversee engineering and maintenance operations at MGM Grand, directing the engineering department to ensure work is scheduled, assigned, and completed. Directly supervise all engineering activities and maintenance personnel, including performance feedback, setting work priorities and goals, scheduling, hiring, training, promotions, and employee engagement. Ensure guest service aligns with service standards and brand attributes; ensure compliance with local and federal health, safety, and building codes and maintain accurate record keeping of department activities and documents. Monitor utility costs, maintain logs for utilities, and oversee preventative maintenance, cleaning, and repairs/replacement of equipment. Manage inventory levels and purchasing for parts, tools, equipment, and machinery to property standards. Ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of managerial or related technical experience.
Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of prior relevant as a manager or related technical education and/or experience
