Job Summary
Conduct facility-wide safety inspections and manage maintenance duties for HVAC, vehicles, lighting, and grounds. Supervise housekeeping staff and contracted personnel to ensure daily cleanliness standards are met across inpatient and outpatient areas. Oversee work request systems, create rotating schedules, order supplies, and maintain daily logs. Rotate weekends and on-call. Full-time day position. Background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse is required.
Required Qualifications
- Two years working experience in maintenance, which may include carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and heating and air conditioning
- One year supervisory experience
- Must meet Frequent Drivers requirements, including a valid Florida driver's license, and insurance coverage equal to or exceeding 50,000/100,000/50,000 split limits
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office, Email and the use of the Internet
- Background screening and clearance through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
