Job Summary
Lead and develop a high-performing Facilities and Office Services team across multiple locations, overseeing daily operations including access control, mail distribution, reception, and maintenance. Manage event space scheduling, hospitality services, and vendor contracts to ensure workplace standards and budget accountability. Direct work order prioritization, conduct facility inspections, and lead emergency preparedness efforts while maintaining accurate floor plans and occupancy records. Build strong partnerships with executives, building management, and external providers to support business objectives. Requires Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of corporate facilities experience, and ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and emergency on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience managing corporate facilities operations and office services functions, including mailroom operations, reception, maintenance coordination, space planning, and move management
- Proven experience leading, developing, coaching, and managing high-performing teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with executives, senior leaders, employees, vendors, contractors, and building management personnel
- Experience managing office restacks, relocations, workspace planning, and move coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require, including occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency on-call responsibilities
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform physical activities throughout the workday
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
