Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of all KCCU corporate headquarters and branch network facilities. Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs for buildings, grounds, and critical systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, and fire protection. Oversee facility improvement, renovation, and construction projects from planning through completion while managing operating and capital budgets. Build relationships with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards. Coordinate office space planning, workplace enhancements, and departmental moves, partnering with IT to support conference room technology and collaboration tools. Collaborate with leadership on strategic facility planning and branch growth initiatives to support organizational initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five to seven years of progressively responsible facilities management experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, fire protection, and building systems
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, project management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience managing commercial office buildings, multi-site facilities, or financial institution facilities
- Experience with AV systems, energy management software, or facility management platforms
