Job Summary
Proactively manage all facility services in accordance with JLL account and client standard processes, ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Develop and manage facilities operating and capital budgets, track variances, and achieve cost savings through maximizing supplier utilization. Coordinate operational aspects of the property to protect and improve asset value while ensuring compliance with site management practices. Implement preventive maintenance programs, develop multi-year capital improvement plans, and manage third-party vendor contracts including periodic bidding. Lead a high-performing team of skilled tradesmen and professionals, monitor performance per scopes of work, and perform monthly reporting and forecasting. Work onsite in Canonsburg, PA, with a flexible day shift and 24/7 on-call rotation, reporting to an Account Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities or property management experience
- 5+ years of facilities management or operations experience
- Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and services
- Superior client relationship management skills
- Strong supervisory and people management skills
- Ability to plan and manage financials within budget and time constraints
- Experience with managing multiple vendors and small capital projects
- Computer proficiency with MS Office and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Understanding commercial leases, routine accounting methods, and trade union protocols
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or similar professional certification
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members and contribute to talent development
