Job Summary
Manage all aspects of facilities service delivery at assigned client sites, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs while driving tenant satisfaction. Coordinate the FM team, contractors, and vendors to execute operational strategies, oversee project management during built-out phases, and handle site inspections for cleaning, HVAC, and landscaping. Lead procurement, budgeting, and invoice processing within Oracle, while negotiating vendor contracts and managing internal fit-outs. Ensure EHS compliance through safety documentation, evacuation drills, and security coordination. Report to the Senior Facilities Manager and represent JLL in the local real estate community.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Facilities Management role within a large commercial organization
- Experience of owning facilities contracts and supplier/contractor management
- Experience with EU Facility legislation and governing bodies
- Fluency in local language and English
