Job Summary
Oversee operations at our primary commercial garage, supervise onsite staff, manage revenue and cash handling, coordinate with the Property Manager and tenants, and drive business growth. Duties include preparing daily/monthly/yearly revenue reporting, adjusting parking rates, ensuring proper ticket control and deposits, maintaining safety and cleanliness, conducting regular site walks, training staff, interviewing and screening new hires, resolving customer issues, and coordinating with clients to uphold policy and contractual obligations. The role requires strong communication, organization, and hands-on participation in operation and maintenance, including after-hours availability and a focus on customer service and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of parking experience required
- Self-starter eager to chase new business
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary
- Self-disciplined
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to pass drug and background test
- Must be able to work outdoors for long periods of time
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and must be detail-oriented and extremely well organized
- Work five days per week, ten hours a day
- Understand and able to use the current and proposed equipment and any other equipment used in the parking operation
- Must have strong working knowledge of the use, repair, programming, limitations and capabilities of the parking
