Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee facilities, technical interventions, and licensing processes across The Home Project's structures. Monitor building conditions, equipment, and critical infrastructure while managing repairs with external technical partners. Maintain communication with public authorities regarding permits and compliance, supporting inspections and audits with accurate records. Collaborate with the Procurement Department on contracts and contribute to developing a network of external operational partners. Monitor progress and quality of technical works, acting as a liaison between structures, central services, and external partners. Provide regular updates to management on facility status, pending licensing issues, and operational needs. Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements, implementing hygiene and safety policies including cleaning schedules and health-related equipment monitoring. Maintain GDPR-compliant records and data protection protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technical Studies, Management or related fields
- Proven professional experience of at least 3 years in a role related to facilities management, building operations, technical coordination and/or licensing
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in supervisory or managerial roles
- Experience liaising with public authorities, supervisory bodies or regulatory stakeholders
- Work experience in a non-profit environment, hospitality setting, care environment, accommodation structures or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
