Job Summary
Facilities Manager at Hilldale Shopping Center responsible for the successful operations of the property, coordinating construction-related activities, managing preventative and corrective maintenance, budget oversight (CAM), vendor and contract management, and building relationships with tenants, local officials, and internal teams. Must lead cross-functional efforts, oversee onsite operations, participate in Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings, review constructability and post-construction maintenance implications, ensure safety and compliance, and support onboarding of tenants while maintaining a customer-service orientation. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, proficiency with MS Office, and ability to read construction drawings; occasional out-of-state travel is expected.
Required Qualifications
- College degree required
- Experience in property management, construction, or store management preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving workplace
