Job Summary
Facilities Manager role focused on enabling and securing smooth operation of the New York site portfolio through optimized, cost-efficient facility management services. Responsible for FM scope including energy and utilities, cleaning, waste, pest management, technical installations, general building maintenance, and shopfitting; act as FM Category Manager for end-to-end strategy, standards, and supplier performance; lead or co-lead sourcing and procurement of facility service providers; ensure contractual compliance and high-quality service delivery; monitor portfolio condition, investment planning, and lifecycle performance; create and maintain maintenance plans, balance scheduled and reactive work; ensure health & safety requirements; act as internal service provider to brands/sites; manage asset data and budgets (Capex/Opex); monitor energy consumption and drive energy efficiency; collaborate with sales, operations, and global FM to align with business needs; participate in FM forums and share best practices; required Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years FM/real estate experience; strong collaboration, data-driven, pragmatic, and adaptable mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Facility Management and Project Management certifications meriting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, construction, and/or real estate
- Strong supplier and contract management skills
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
