Job Summary
Manage the company's Facility Maintenance Portal and prioritize work assignments across Rise's multi-state portfolio in Arizona, Oregon, Utah, and beyond. Direct trades to appropriate vendors, interpret work order requests, and ensure all maintenance complies with OSHA standards and legal requirements. Compose vendor agreements, manage the vendor network, and oversee bookkeeping functions for client accounts. Visit properties annually to inspect condition and supervise alterations or reconditioning as specified in management agreements. Assist in establishing budgets, perform cost-benefit analyses to drive savings, and communicate anomalies to senior management. Support after-hours service requests and weekend coverage on a rotating basis every 3-4 weeks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience in project management
- Associate's degree in business or related field
- 2+ years of experience in the field of Real Estate (property management, brokerage, facility maintenance, construction, etc.)
- Previous knowledge and experience working with multi-state commercial and/or residential properties
- Demonstrative construction experience and understanding of construction industry
- Ability to be proactive, self-directed and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well in a high paced environment and maintain strong attention to details with ever changing priorities and/or situations
- Must have verbal and written communication skills adequate to the specific job task required
- Must have strong, effective interpersonal, listening and follow-up skills
- Demonstrative problem solving/analysis and project management abilities
- Must have the ability to visually create and organize
- Ability to greet the public and use the telephone
- Ability to plan and manage priorities
- Ability to respond quickly, effectively and flexibly
- Able to work on own initiative
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- CFM of FMP certification preferred
