Job Summary
Facilities Manager – oversee and manage Godfather's Pizza corporate-maintenance program across restaurants and offices. Responsibilities include inspections of premises and equipment, general repairs, HVAC preventive maintenance, refrigeration and cooking equipment upkeep, overseeing contractors and vendors, managing construction/remodel projects, obtaining bids, maintaining repair logs, coordinating IT installation needs (security cameras, monitors) at store level, ensuring safety and orderly work areas, and assisting with site selection for new locations. Must coordinate with vendors, manage paperwork (COI, W-9), and maintain relationships with maintenance and construction teams. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and training opportunities.
