Job Summary
Manage service provider contracts, budgeting, and expense control while overseeing operations, maintenance planning, and space allocation. Monitor vehicle utilization to liaise with financial managers for contract re-assessments and mitigate late termination charges. Flag end-of-term vehicle contracts, manage disposal of company assets per tender procedures, and ensure accessories and tracking devices are retained on returned vehicles. Increase fuel card allocation and license renewals while managing various service providers. Requires Grade 12 or B. Com Finance, five to seven years in facilities or asset management, and strong budgeting and project management skills.

- Technical experience in facilities/ asset management
- At least 5 - 7 years maintenance or facilities management
- 2 Year's relevant business experience
