Facilities Manager

Oversee maintenance of facilities, buildings, grounds, and parking lots, including HVAC systems, ensuring environments are neat, clean, and safe for staff, volunteers, patients, and visitors. Lead facility repair, inspections, and cleanliness efforts while developing and coordinating preventative maintenance programs for all agency locations. Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent maintenance requests, manage renovations and upgrades within budget parameters, and conduct regular audits, walk-throughs, and inspections. Supervise facility team members, including technicians and vendors, ensuring competency alignment and providing mentorship and training. Report unsafe conditions immediately to the Chief Security Officer and maintain accurate records via the organization's document repository. Submit weekly priority updates and collaborate with the Facilities Committee, Safety Officer, and HIPAA Security Officer to uphold life safety standards and organizational values.
