Job Summary
Oversee space-related operations, golf operations, simulator maintenance, and brand standards across designated Five Iron locations. Manage simulator equipment including cameras, projectors, screens, and mats while coordinating spare parts inventory and staff training. Coordinate vendor repairs, replacements, and larger projects, ensuring cleanliness, deep cleaning projects, and adherence to health and safety regulations. Conduct daily and monthly QA checks to uphold brand standards, perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance, and troubleshoot AV systems. Requires 5+ years of handyman experience, supervisory skills, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- 5+ years of handyman experience
- Experience working with and troubleshooting technology (computers, PC installation, AV systems, projectors, etc)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
