Job Summary
Provide and maintain a safe working environment for the Evolito team in conjunction with the HSE Manager, ensuring compliance with national mandatory requirements such as PAT, EICR, and water testing. Manage installation, support, maintenance, and calibration contracts for facilities equipment and production/test assets while carrying out regular process confirmation and implementing continuous improvement activities. Ensure budget adherence, identify investments, and manage capital expenditure for facilities management, while monitoring supplier performance against contracted KPIs. Play a key role in the Business Continuity Management process and maintain good working relations with internal and external customers. Occasional travel to other Evolito facilities is required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous proven experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a regulated, dynamic, manufacturing and test environment
- Experienced in supplier and contracts management
- Health and safety trained
- Previous proven experience in financial management of budgets including capital expenditure
- A 'self-starter' attitude with energy and enthusiasm
- Ability and desire to thrive in a small business environment
- Ability to work under pressure while managing conflicting demands against tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- UK driving license and ability to travel
