Job Summary
Manage commercial property service operations by coordinating maintenance resolutions and supervising technicians. Lead daily meetings, determine work schedules and assignments based on priority and equipment status, and inspect areas to prevent unsafe conditions. Develop maintenance policies, monitor tool inventories, and routinely check critical restaurant systems. Compile records including repair statistics and diagnostic results, while meeting with vendors to discuss repair products. Counsel employees on skill deficiencies and recommend personnel actions such as hiring or disciplinary measures. Follow all safety and sanitation regulations. Full-time role requiring a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year College
- two to three years industry experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong working knowledge of MS Word
- Strong working knowledge of Outlook
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- 3+ years of management experience
- Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with peers, managers, and clients
- Dependable & flexible
- Proactive, initiates follow-through
