Job Summary
Facilities Manager for Aviva Investors account overseeing a portfolio of industrial properties across Greater London. Responsible for delivering high-quality facilities services, coordinating with property management teams, managing budgets and service charges, leading due diligence on disposals/lettings, overseeing building operations, and ensuring occupancy satisfaction. Key duties include managing contractor performance, disaster planning and emergency drills, implementing capital projects within budgets, maintaining site regulations and permit-to-work systems, and developing occupier handbooks and communications tailored to each property. Requires proven FM experience in commercial property, strong client service and communication skills, knowledge of building systems and safety regulations, and proficiency in FM software and budget management. Location: Remote – London, GBR (hybrid/remote within London) with on-site responsibilities across multiple Greater London properties.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in facilities management, building services, or related field
