Job Summary

FACILITIES MANAGER to oversee an executive-office location and manage all facility operations, CMMS Corrigo administration, vendor relationships, budgeting, and client engagement. Responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, process standardization, data integrity in CMMS, and cross-functional coordination with security, capital projects, and operations teams. Key duties include operating facilities to standards, managing third-party contracts, optimizing Corrigo-driven workflows, tracking asset information, developing inspection and audit forms, budgeting, reducing operating costs, supervising vendors, and delivering high-quality service to clients while fostering teamwork and leadership within the facilities group. Requires 8+ years in facilities management, a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), and strong proficiency with Corrigo, CMMS administration, MS Office, and SharePoint; preferred credentials include CFMs and an MBA or related advanced degree.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis
  • Minimum of 8 years industry experience in corporate environment, third-party service provider, or consulting capacity
  • Technical Skills Proficiency in CMMS systems with supervisory responsibilities
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in MS SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Corrigo FSR system administration and reporting
  • Understanding of building systems and facility operations
  • Strong organizational and management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Ability to matrix manage both technical and administrative staff
  • Ability to oversee multiple facilities with different functions
  • Proven ability to manage vendor performance during standard and off-hours, including weekends when necessary
  • Certification in Facilities Management (CFM) or similar professional credentials (preferred)
  • MBA or advanced degree in related field (preferred)
