Job Summary
Lead the Facilities Management team as the single point of control for site operations, overseeing staffing, performance, and development in consultation with the Business Delivery Manager. Develop client-specific processes, manage capital and expense budgets, and implement the annual management plan to meet key performance indicators. Coordinate short and long-term projects, compile monthly through annual reporting, and conduct goal setting and performance reviews for direct reports. Ensure full compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle audit standards while driving continuous improvement and identifying new business opportunities. Report directly to senior managers within the client real estate organization.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree or professional qualification in engineering, real estate or facility management
- Over 7 years practical experience in property or facility management
- Ability to think laterally and deliver innovative solutions
- Strong leadership, people and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
- Location: On-site –Shanghai, China
