Job Summary
Facilities Manager at Es Vedra Cinemas oversees maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of venues including game/equipment repair, landscaping, and janitorial tasks. Responsible for inspections, coordinating with external contractors, managing janitorial staff, maintaining landscaping, implementing preventative maintenance, monitoring inventory for maintenance supplies, ensuring safety/regulatory compliance, and collaborating with department heads to support operational goals. Requires strong troubleshooting, organization, and communication skills; ability to work non-traditional hours; high school diploma or equivalent with preferred facility-management certifications; ServSafe and state alcohol-server certification required. Prolonged standing, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds; comfortable with flashing lights and loud noises.
