Job Summary
Lead on-site facilities management for a major healthcare facility, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, contractor performance, WHS compliance, risk and budget management, and collaboration with hospital leaders to deliver safe, high-quality services in a live clinical environment. You will manage a team of FM and trade professionals, coordinate shutdowns and business continuity planning, prepare performance reports and defect logs, and drive a culture of safety, service excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar FM role
- Experience in hospital or clinical facilities highly regarded
- Strong understanding of building services, infrastructure and maintenance delivery
- Proven contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage risk, compliance and operational performance
- Trade or engineering qualifications (electrical/mechanical) highly regarded
