Job Summary
Oversee maintenance, security, utilities, and daily operations of all offices and fulfilment centres, ensuring they remain safe, clean, and fully functional. Develop preventive maintenance schedules, manage emergency repairs, and administer the company vehicle fleet including servicing, licensing compliance, and asset tracking. Coordinate logistics support for staff and visitors, covering flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa applications. Partner with HR and Operations to align physical resources with organizational growth, manage vendor contracts for cleaning and utilities, and enforce workplace safety standards. Prepare annual facility budgets, track costs, and recommend savings while promoting energy efficiency and waste reduction across all sites. Travel regularly to audit operations and ensure consistency of standards across regions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, administration, or operations roles
- Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and preventive maintenance practices
- Demonstrated experience managing company vehicles, assets, and vendor contracts
- Familiarity with travel logistics and support services (flight booking, visa processing, accommodation coordination)
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across different sites
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with facility management or asset-tracking software
- Strong budgeting, negotiation, and cost-control capabilities
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently to regional offices and fulfilment centres
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
