Job Summary
Facilities Manager responsible for supporting Bottleneck Management restaurants nationwide with repairs, maintenance, and capital projects up to $250,000; manages vendor relationships, ensures timely contracted services, conducts site inspections, coordinates with landlords/property managers, and supports emergency/disaster response. Requires experience in facilities management within a restaurant context, strong vendor/contract management, proficient use of work order systems (Service Channel), and solid Microsoft Office skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1-3 years of relevant experience; travel up to 20% and work hybrid of office and restaurant sites.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years facilities management experience, preferably in restaurants
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in construction management, facilities management, project management, or engineering
- Working knowledge of restaurants
- Proficiency with Work Order Management Software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management
