Job Summary
Design facility improvements, obtain quotes, and visit sites to assess and enhance function for pharmacies and clinics. Collaborate with the Facility Manager to manage service ticket requests, ensuring rapid response times and proper resource allocation. Research and source new pharmacy or clinic sites based on cost, function, location, and design requirements. Prepare reports on facility operations, project status, and risk assessments while managing multiple concurrent projects related to infrastructure upgrades. Ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational goals. Full-time, permanent role in Calgary, Alberta.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years' experience in construction, interior design, facilities management, project management, or a combination
- Experience in managing or working within budgets
- Ability to travel within Canada
- Valid Driver's License
- English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- French language proficiency is required to perform day-to-day duties
