Job Summary
Facilities Management Lead responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and performance of facilities management across U.S. office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments. Drive vendor and contract management with SLAs, KPIs, and cost efficiency; oversee governance to optimize vendor models and portfolio performance. Collaborate with Facilities Operations, Real Estate, and the Global Real Estate Center of Excellence to standardize processes, leverage data and digital tools, and improve portfolio performance. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage relationships with stakeholders across Facilities Management, Construction, Transactions, Corporate Security, Procurement, and Finance; provide insights for executive reporting. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience in facilities management, with strong vendor/contract management and cross-functional collaboration skills; professional certifications (e.g., IFMA, CFM) preferred. Minimal domestic travel.
Required Qualifications
