Job Summary
Facilities Management Senior Consultant to lead community FM advisory and operational assessment for mixed-use and master community developments in the Middle East. Role emphasizes community operations, integrated FM delivery, customer experience, governance frameworks, and operational readiness; responsibilities include developing KPIs and SLAs, OPEX models, governance structures, and supporting CAFM, helpdesk, and service-delivery workflows. Requires a Bachelor's degree in FM or engineering and 5–7 years of relevant experience in community FM and operational advisory with GCC knowledge; UAE market experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 5 to 7 years of experience in community FM, operational advisory, or mixed use developments
- Strong understanding of integrated FM and community operations
- Experience in governance frameworks, customer experience, and operational planning
- Knowledge of GCC statutory and community compliance requirements
- Experience in FM solutioning, budgeting, and OPEX modelling
- GCC experience required, UAE market experience preferred
