Job Summary
Conduct daily repairs and maintenance on campground facilities, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting. Perform custodial duties, pool maintenance, and operate equipment like BobCats while diagnosing and troubleshooting issues effectively. Ensure guest safety and property standards through attentive observation, policy enforcement, and timely project completion. Coordinate with office staff for problem resolution and communicate professionally with all team members. Work full-time shifts between 11am and 11pm from Thursday to Monday, lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Have a basic knowledge and skill with a variety of tools and equipment
- Able to work with others and work independently
- Able to operate light vehicles safely on property
- Professional Appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members
- Communicate professionally and patiently
- Be on your feet during shift and able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, climb, and dig repeatedly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating a BobCat, tractor or other equipment a plus
- Specific carpentry and remodel/construction skill a plus
- Knowledge in many different areas including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, irrigation and landscaping appreciated
