Facilities Maintenance Technician

Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for general building maintenance and basic repairs across the Chicago area. Travel between multiple YOS locations using a company vehicle to perform upkeep, replace lighting and fixtures, handle minor plumbing, assemble and move furniture, install seasonal window AC units, and support safety drills and facility operations. Monitor service visits, deliver internal mail and supplies, maintain company vehicles, and assist with general cleanup and upkeep as needed. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and the ability to work independently in indoor/outdoor environments.
