Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Perform general building and property maintenance and basic repairs while completing routine tasks in a timely manner. Identify maintenance needs, recommend repairs or improvements, and coordinate larger projects with preferred vendors by obtaining quotes and scheduling work. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors before, during, and after projects, following up on completion and managing punch lists to ensure expectations are met. Help ensure dealership grounds and facilities present a clean, professional appearance. Part-time position only, 25-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays as needed. Hourly pay based on experience.
