Job Summary
Conduct general upkeep and repairs for commercial and multi-unit residential properties, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, appliance installation, drywall repair, and HVAC system maintenance. Survey buildings to ensure consistency with health and safety standards and execute work orders to maintain excellent curb appeal. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while completing the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for move-ins. Share on-call rotation and complete make-ready tasks as assigned. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and local travel capability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school or GED required
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC systems
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician
- Deadline, detail, and customer service-oriented
- Strong knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Shares on-call rotation

- Knowledge of OSHA regulations are a plus!
