Job Summary
Maintain and repair building systems and fixtures at Uline's Connecticut warehouse site. Perform routine maintenance, handle minor building projects, and service electrical lighting, HVAC, and generator systems. Inspect fire protection systems; maintain plumbing fixtures; repair restroom facilities; install and reconfigure office workstations; repair furniture and woodwork. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of maintenance experience; ability to lift up to 70 lbs; valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large-scale HVAC systems or carpentry
- Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 lbs
- Valid driver's license
