Job Summary
Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for safe, preventive, and corrective maintenance of facilities, fleet, and homeowner properties. Responsibilities include cleaning and disposing of materials, OSHA safety adherence, coordinating with Safety Committee on infractions, performing repairs and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, HVAC systems, grounds, and vehicles, and assisting with loading/unloading and operating powerlift equipment; collaborates with employees and volunteers to ensure safe, appropriate use of equipment and facilities. Competencies include electrical and plumbing maintenance, basic repair tasks, and vehicle maintenance within GCHFH programs.
