Job Summary
A Facilities Maintenance Technician responsible for routine and corrective maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural components, and support equipment across production and support areas at the Indianapolis manufacturing site. Ensures both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments remain compliant with GMP and safety standards. Tasks include updating SOPs, data entry and work-order management in CMMS, and supporting commissioning for new equipment and facility expansions. Strong troubleshooting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and safe work practices in both cleanroom and general building spaces are required. Collaboration with engineering, quality, and operations is essential; electrical certification or background is highly desired and candidates with journeyman certification, trade-school education, or other relevant technical training will be given strong consideration.
