Job Summary
Clean and supply designated building areas including dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, and window maintenance. Remove trash, power wash the exterior and drive-thru, and perform routine inspections and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleansing tasks, special projects, and minor repairs while stock and maintain supply rooms. Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs and follow all health and safety regulations. Work approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for more.
Required Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a janitor
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- High school degree
