Job Summary
Restock restroom and breakroom supplies, install safety signage, and perform exterior cleaning and grounds upkeep. Conduct preventive maintenance checks on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while assembling furniture, shelving, and workstations. Coordinate with outside vendors for larger repairs, monitor inventory, and respond to facility requests and maintenance tickets. Support security measures including badge access and lock checks, and maintain accurate maintenance records to ensure compliance with safety standards. This hands-on role offers variety and problem-solving opportunities for someone comfortable with physical work and basic mechanical systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical work
- Valid driver's license
