Job Summary
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, offices, and common areas; vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and clean glass, doors, and high-touch surfaces. Complete basic building repairs including minor drywall repair, painting, furniture assembly, and fixture replacement by responding to work orders and maintaining an organized work area. Inspect the facility to ensure a professional appearance, identify larger repair needs, and follow all safety policies and PPE requirements. Work independently on a Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm shift, managing tasks via a digital work order system.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products
- Must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or facility maintenance experience
- Strong working knowledge of hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate and work with co-workers effectively
