Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks including electrical work, plumbing, facility inspections, and more. The role requires working with heights and contributes to the upkeep of facilities, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with 24VAC&DC 120V, 240V, and 277V electrical systems
- Proficiency in general facility maintenance duties
- Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
- Capability to inspect and maintain roofing and electrical systems
Desired Qualifications
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- Fall Protection certification
- Electrical Safety certification
- Familiarity with industrial/commercial operations
